This hotel suits me perfectly with friendly staff, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. On my first stay, they helped me find great food, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

I had an amazing stay where I was surprisingly upgraded to a junior suite, and there was even a sweet plate of chocolates waiting for me. I really enjoyed the back massage at the spa and the relaxing facial treatment too. The only downside was that the room could have used a few more tea bags, but overall, I loved my time here! 😊

We enjoyed a cozy night in a chic room with a huge, comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming, and the cocktail bar offered a fantastic atmosphere. Though we faced some minor issues, the charm of the venue made our stay pleasant. Tip, check room amenities beforehand for a smoother experience.

had a comfy bed and the breakfast was nice plus it was included in my rate. staff were super friendly and knew what they were doing, made me feel welcomed. the design of the hotel was really stylish, it felt modern and chic. the location was also great, close to shops and the beach. loved the cute little cafe bar for drinks too.

the noise from outside was pretty annoying at times, hard to get a good sleep. also, i didn't like that i had to pay extra for breakfast even tho i thought it was already included.

i stayed here for 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in southport. the room was stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast included fresh pastries. the staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met during my stay.

We stayed in a V Residence Room for one night. Room had a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and a minibar. Bed was two separate ones pushed together which made sleeping a bit awkward. Bathroom was not the cleanest, and there was paper on the carpet. Staff were friendly as usual.

Make sure to request a room with a terrace view for a tranquil evening ambiance and a perfect spot for relaxing with a drink.

Make sure to ask about the complimentary arrival treats. they add a delightful touch to your stay and are a pleasant surprise after traveling.

Loved the hot tub on our terrace and a stunning view from our penthouse. An incredible pampering experience with the spa!
